About the Conference

The BC Pediatric Society is a non-profit professional association of Pediatricians dedicated to advancing child and youth health across the province. This year marks a significant milestone as the Society celebrates its 30th anniversary of supporting pediatric professionals through
advocacy, education, and collaboration.

Each year, the Society hosts a two-day conference focused on current and emerging issues in pediatric medicine. The event attracts over 150 pediatricians and child health professionals from across British Columbia.

We are proud to announce that this year’s partner is the Division of Endocrinology.
The Division provides specialized care for children and youth with complex hormonal conditions including diabetes, growth and puberty concerns, gender-diverse health care, and other endocrine disorders. Their leadership in clinical care, education, and research makes them a vital contributor to pediatric health in British Columbia.

Terms & Conditions

  • Sponsorship applications will be considered on a first-come, first-served basis for all sponsorship levels.
  • BCPS reserves the right to limit the number of program partners.
  • A sponsorship is secured only upon receipt of payment. Costs are quoted in Canadian funds.
  • BCPS reserves the right to re-sell the partnership if payment is not received within 30 days of invoicing.
  • All payments are final and are not subject to refund.
Payment Schedule

Full payment is required at the time of confirming sponsorship.

Note: a different schedule may be arranged by mutual agreement.

Cancellations

Cancellations received prior to August 31, 2025 – 50% of the total amount
(non-refundable) will be retained.

Cancellations received on or after September 1, 2025 – 100% of the total amount
(non-refundable) will be retained.
