- It is expressly agreed that the members of the BC Pediatric Society and the Organizing Committee for BCPS Children’s Health Today Conference, their legal representatives, directors and employees, and their agents, officers and services, shall not be liable for any loss, injury or damage of any kind whatsoever suffered directly or indirectly by the person, possession or property of any conference participant or other person during or in connection with the events on the program or any other activities of BCPS Children’s Health Today Conference for any reason whatsoever no matter howsoever used.
- It is agreed that the BC Pediatric Society and the Organizing Committee for BCPS Children’s Health Today Conference, and their agents and officers, reserve the right to cancel at any time any or all of the program or other activities if this should appear necessary as a result of events which are beyond their control or which they cannot reasonably be expected to influence or for which they are not responsible. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, such events shall include force majeure, government or other official regulations, natural disasters, strikes of any kind whatsoever, civil, international or other crises, or any other unforeseen occurrence. Decisions regarding the necessity for such cancellation shall be taken by the Organizing Committee, or their agents, at their sole discretion and shall be final.
Cancellation & Substitution Policy
A full refund on Conference Passes, less a $50 administration fee, will be given upon receipt of notice to the BC Pediatric Society by email and received on or prior to Friday, October 01, 2025. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after this date.
Substitutions of Conference Passes will be accepted if requests are made to the BC Pediatric Society by email and received before Friday, October 6, 2025.
Conference Invitation Letter and Refund Policy
Registrants may request a formal invitation letter to support a visa application. Please note that once an invitation letter has been issued, no refunds will be provided in the event of a visa denial or withdrawal from the event.

We ask for your personal data to facilitate your registration for this event.
Other third parties that will have access to your personal data
Your data will be shared with third parties strictly for the purpose of organizing this event. Third parties are required to permanently delete all personal data received no later than 30 days after the end of the event. If notified to do so, they will also agree to fully delete or anonymize any personal data immediately on receipt of the notification.
How long will we store your personal data?
Your personal data will be retained by us for up to 12 months after the conclusion of this event.
Additional Information
You retain the right to ask us about your personal data, to withdraw your consent, or request that we anonymize your personal data at any time. Please be aware that a withdrawal of consent before the start of this event will incur a full event cancelation and cancelation fees as noted in your initial registration.
